Helping you protect what matters most - your child’s self-worth

Raising a child with dyslexia can feel overwhelming. The school battles, the homework tears, the late-night Googling — it’s exhausting, and it often leaves you questioning if you’re doing enough.

Take a deep breath. Because you don’t have to figure this out alone. I’m here to walk this path with you, helping you support your child’s confidence and protect their self-worth for life.

Hi, I’m Bernadette — a proud dyslexic and mum walking this path with you.

I know the heartbreak of watching your child struggle at school, the guilt of wondering if you’re doing enough, and the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together.

I’ve lived it myself. As a dyslexic woman and mum of an incredible neurodivergent child, I’ve walked the school battles, the sleepless nights, and the fear of the future.

What I’ve learned is this - when you feel supported, calm, and confident, your child feels safe, seen, and proud of who they are. That’s the work we do together.

I’m also a qualified Parent Mentor, NLP Practitioner, and coach, blending lived experience with proven tools to help you protect your child’s confidence and self-worth — while finding your own strength as their advocate.
